Yoga
An experiential path, based on the principles and method
of Raja Yoga, will be proposed to every trainee.
We bring into harmony every aspect of ourselves,
respecting what we are. We work with the body, we listen to our breathing
and we release it. We work on the concentration of our mind, we expand
our consciousness state. We enhance the friendship with ourselves and
with life. Yoga practice is suitable at any age and is adaptable to
any condition, with diligence and release of any effort.
Yoga for the elderly
The course is centered on age-related conditions and on temporary physical
difficulties which may be present at any adult age. Through positions,
slow movements and balanced breathing, anyone can find or discover contact
with him/herself.
Taking loving care of body changes, integration and harmony will develop
in every physical and mental activity.
Life comprehension is reached within a space of freedom. The course is
an opportunity, not a limit; please feel free to partecipate at any time,
it will be always possible to find a suitable situation.
Yoga and painting for children
For an intelligent and amusing developement.
we practice animal positions, breathing, relaxation,
sharing life experiences and psychomotricity
games, for children 5 to 12 years of age.
We work on concentration, on free imagination and painting,
as a meditative and expressive form.
Yoga Prenatal
The course follows the mother-to-be during the 9
months of pregnancy.
We practice easy and gentle asana, to relax and to oncentrate,
with muscular work to sustain the back bone and the pelvic
floor.
Great importance is given to breathing tecniques
that help mothers during delivery.
Aikido
Is a martial art whose practice and purpose is
non-violence.
The founder, Master Morihei Ueshiba, wanted to indicate in the name
"the way of the union of energy" a deep will of lovingness.
The main principle is meeting the opponent force without opposition,
and turning it into movement. It is a practice for everybody.
Aikitaiso
The course is based on a soft and dynamic preparation, giving
great importance to breathing, spiral movements and contact with
others, and in relation with Aikido techniques.
